Your privacy is important to Risk Mitigation Group, LLC (RMG), and RMG
is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. The “Site” (as
defined under Section 1, below) is owned and operated by RMG. This
policy regarding the privacy and protection of information that you
provide RMG, the type of information that RMG collects from you when you
register and use the Site, and how that information is used. The
information that RMG gathers from you will only be used in the manner
set forth in this Policy.

Site after a change is posted, your continued use confirms your

3. Information RMG Gathers.
RMG gathers information that you
voluntarily provide. Some of that information is “personal information”
and some of that information pertains to your usage of the Site (“usage

number, driver’s license number, any banking information, or health care
information; however, RMG will not ask you about those types of personal
information and RMG will never ask you for your Social Security Number.
However, if you elect to purchase goods or services from RMG through the
Site, and you elect to use a credit card, RMG will collect credit card
information for that transaction. If you so request, RMG may save or
“remember” that credit card information for future purchases as a
convenience to you. RMG may also ask you demographical questions about
such things as your age, marital status, income, children, religion, and
occupation. Unless you voluntarily disclose your personal information on
the Site, your personal information will not be disclosed by RMG to
third parties except as provided under section 6, below.
For the purposes of this Policy, personal information also includes, but
is not limited to, information about you that you voluntarily publish,
submit, or post on the Site, such as images, documents, writings, links
to other sites, blogs, and other information about you, your occupation,
and your family that you elect to publish. This form of personal
information, when published, submitted, or posted by you is, by that act
of publication, made available to the general public by you and it is,
therefore, not protected under this Policy.
The personal information that RMG gathers may include:

including, but not limited to, any claims that you did not receive

encourages its users to read the privacy policies of each web site that

web site other than this Site and RMG shall not be responsible for any
